How to Remove Love Handles

Love handles are that extra fat that ends up around your middle, particularly your waist and stomach.  They have been nicknamed love handles supposedly because they give your lover more to hold on to.  Most people would choose to do without them and are interested in learning how to get rid of fat from around this part of the body.

Therefore, it is very important that you do your best to get at least eight hours of sleep every night and reduce your stress levels. When you have a lot of stress and when you don't sleep enough, your body produces too much of the hormone Cortisol which leads to love handles.
